TRACS™ Team Busy During Lockdown

TRACS the Appointed Representative division of FISC, has been very busy during the lockdown period working on a number of significant projects, including system updates to improve our client experience and to further strengthen our compliance oversight, assisting our clients with their online distance sale and click and collect activity, and also updating our marketing materials and website.

Commenting, Simon Young Managing Director of FISC said, “Whilst we would all prefer to be working with our clients helping them sell more cars and more finance and insurance products compliantly, we have taken full advantage of the last few weeks of lockdown to work on system updates and to fully review our processes and marketing materials to ensure we hit the ground running at full speed once the lockdown ends. Our system updates will be launched very shortly, as will our refreshed website.

We are very excited to share today our new eBrochure and TRACS video, which have been updated to advise that TRACS now offers Appointed Representative Membership for both Consumer Credit and General Insurance activities. We can’t deny that the last couple of months have been tough; we have supported our network with a fee reduction, and, as the end of the lockdown is in sight, we are now assisting our members with their online, distance sale and click and collect activity. For a number of years our systems have been equipped for hardware-free electronic signature capture, so it has been very easy for our members to cater for both remote and showroom-based activity, removing a potential area of concern surrounding Covid-19 contamination.”
