TRACS Requires A Training & Audit Manager

FISC has just announced that a vacancy has arisen to join the expanding TRACS team as a Training & Audit Manager. TRACS is a division of FISC that provides compliance and Appointed Representative (AR) Network services to over 200 Motor Dealerships and over 1,200 personnel in the UK using FISC’s industry-leading Tracker compliance and training software.

This field-based role involves regular travel to visit the TRACS network of Motor Dealers to audit their regulated finance and general insurance transactions and, where necessary, to train the dealerships on how to improve their performance. The geographical area covers the Midlands up to the North of England, but also includes occasional visits to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will join a company with exciting plans to significantly grow its network over the coming year. You will be provided with an excellent remuneration package, including a company car and pension.

Ideally the candidate will already be working in a sales administration or compliance role within the motor trade, but whilst this is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.  In order to be considered for the role, the candidate must be of the highest integrity, be able to communicate at any level, have a detailed mind, and be able to work on their own initiative. Reporting directly to FISC’s Compliance Manager, the post holder will work closely with the all members of the TRACS Team to ensure compliant sales are carried out across the TRACS Network.
