FISC’s eMaster vehicle sales and renewal software has had a significant impact on customer retention will all clients both at dealer and manufacturer level. By comparing the retention rates for those customer included in eMaster campaigns versus those that weren’t, an average 11% uplift in retention was observed across all partners; with a fantastic 17% uplift observed for our best partner performer.
