New eMaster™ Training and Development Programmes To Support Dealers Re-Opening.

As the economy starts to re-open after lockdown, now is the time for OEM’s and dealers to start to lay plans for when things begin to return to normal, and eMaster™ will be an indispensable tool to help vehicle sales bounce-back.

Although we have continued to provide eMaster™ to our clients  during the lockdown, we have also reviewed and extended the range of our training services and now have a full suite of Development and Consultancy Retention and Loyalty Programmes. The new training materials support our global approach as we work closely with all our partners to deliver their specific strategic goals by integrating with each business.

The new materials are delivered by a blended approach of videos, webinars, eLearning, coaching and workshops. As eMaster™ sits within the overall customer retention strategy, the modules cover the full range of retention and loyalty topics including processes, structures and soft skills coaching, all aimed at improving our clients business”.
