FISC Visited By Rain Rescue’s Edna!

Earlier this year, FISC was pleased to announce that its nominated charity for 2019 was Rain Rescue.  Rain Rescue is an animal charity close to the FISC offices that provides the space and the support needed for abandoned dogs and cats to recover, thrive and find a loving home.

As we are approaching the end of our first quarter’s fund raising activity, we were delighted to be visited by Edna an extremely lively and inquisitive 3 year old French Bulldog accompanied by Danielle Thompson of Rain Rescue. Edna joined Rain Rescue after her owner become too ill to continue to look after her;  happily she will be joining a new family very soon. Sadly, Rain Rescue have many residents who will not be as lucky as Edna.

Commenting on the visit Victoria Zych of FISC said “Edna certainly captured the hearts of all my colleagues as she visited their offices. There was a general consensus that we should adopt her as our office Dog! I was delighted to present Danielle with a cheque for £331 for our first quarter’s fundraising activity and would like to thank FISC and all my colleagues for their generosity and support over our recent fund raising events”.
