Whilst others cut back on their dealer support programmes as we come out of lockdown, FISC is doing the opposite by investing and expanding its partner support programmes.
A new dedicated training consultant has been recruited to support and deliver its programme of in-dealership events. The flagship 2-day event is a targeted live training & prospecting seminar, that encompasses both systems & telephone training, and culminates by making effective live in-dealership customer contacts that result in actual appointments and deals.
FISC’s Rob Draper said “The event figures are impressive with the last three events delivering 71 sales from 118 appointments, a conversion ratio of 60%! As you would expect dealer feedback has been great with one commenting “An excellent event packed with valuable information. eMaster™ has proved a game changer in the way we look at sales and retention, but this takes it to the next level”.
In addition, FISC is about to launch its new Sales Renewals Team contact centre. Stephen Hebditch, Global Head of Retention Products commented, “As we emerge from lockdown both physical resource and budget restrictions are tight and our new contact centre will take the weight off our dealer partners shoulders by letting us be an extension of their sales team and manage their customer engagement programme on their behalf. We utilise our experience and knowledge of the eMaster™ system to engage with the customer to identify opportunities and gain customer buy-in and ultimately pass the dealer an appointment at exactly the right time.
