Due to business expansion and the success of its 2019 CPD Training Programme a vacancy has arisen to join TRACS as a Training & Development Manager.
TRACS is a division of FISC Limited an international software company supplying Motor Dealers, Motor Companies, Motor Finance Companies and Motor Insurance Companies with leading edge systems and services. Using FISC’s industry leading Tracker and e-learning software, TRACS is a Principal Company providing Appointed Representative compliance services to nearly 200 UK motor dealerships and over 1200 sales personnel.
This is a field-based role that involves regular travel carrying out compliance and system training, both at motor dealerships and at strategic venues across the UK. The training content will generally be based around the regulated activities of selling motor finance and associated general insurance products, but may from time to time also cover customer retention in support of our Retention team. Coupled with delivering high quality training, the role holder will also be responsible for maintaining and authoring our catalogue of on-line courses.
In addition to the training activity there is an opportunity to earn sales commission by presenting the TRACS service to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate may already work in the motor trade in a training or business development capacity. Experience of working in the motor trade or working in a compliance or a regulated business involved in general insurance or consumer credit is highly desirable for this position. However full training will be provided and ultimately the ability to engage delegates and deliver training materials to the highest standards is most important.
Reporting directly to FISC’s Compliance Manager, the post holder will work closely with the all members of TRACS team. You will be responsible for running your own diary and in conjunction with the Compliance Manager creating the new TRACS curriculum and events.

Highly Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge of the Motor trade in particular sales
Knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority regulations
