A vacancy has arisen to join our TRACS Appointed Representative (AR) Network as a Training & Audit Manager.
TRACS is a division of FISC Limited, an international software company supplying Motor Dealers, Motor Companies, Motor Finance Companies and Motor Insurance Companies. Using FISC’s industry-leading Tracker software, TRACS is a Principal Company providing Appointed Representative compliance services to nearly 200 Motor Dealerships and over 1,200 Sales Personnel.
This is a field-based role involving regular travel to visit our Appointed Representative Motor Dealers to audit their regulated customer finance and general insurance transactions, and, where deficiencies in their process are found, to train the dealerships on how to improve their performance. The geographical area generally covers the Midlands up to the North of England but will also require occasional visits to Glasgow and Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will join a company with exciting plans to grow its network over the coming months and years. You will be provided with an excellent remuneration package, including a company car and pension.
The ideal candidate may already work in the motor trade in a sales administration role. Whilst experience of working in the motor trade or working in compliance or a regulated business involved in general insurance or consumer credit is desirable, it is not essential for this position, as full training will be provided and ultimately attention to detail, tenacity and integrity are the chief skills required.
Reporting directly to FISC’s Compliance Manager, the post holder will work closely with the all members of the TRACS Team to ensure compliant sales are carried out across the TRACS Network. You will be responsible for running your own diary, and, in conjunction with the Compliance Manager, prioritising where the highest risks are within your area.
The successful candidate will:
Be a self-starter
Have tenacity & integrity
Have excellent communication skills
Have a high attention to detail
Be able to organise and prioritise workload
Have a good level of IT literacy
Have an appetite for regular travel and overnight stays
Useful but not essential:
Knowledge of the Motor trade, in particular sales or sales administration
Knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
The salary range is £28K to £36K, dependent on experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join and help shape the future of an exciting, fast-expanding company.
