Due to the success of the retention support programme launched with a major client in 2018 we now have a fantastic opportunity with superb career prospects for two bright energetic and skilled individuals to join our training and consultancy team.
The post holders will work closely with both FISC and our client senior management team to grow sales via the utilisation of our systems. The consultancy aspect of the role will be to work with our clients network to understand their current retention activity and then put together and carry our a programme of activity to improve their performance, this activity may include system training (both face-to-face and virtual, in dealer and classroom) as well as sessions on the key skills required to operate eMaster such as making the customer call.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working within the motor industry, preferably in a sales, finance or a training capacity. You will be able to demonstrate the skills required to deal with clients at all levels from Sales Executives to Board members of major companies. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly retention and consultancy targets set by our client. In addition, the successful candidate will need to be IT literate and able to become fully conversant with all of our software products; be able to provide support and training to end users, as well as assisting in the testing and deployment of systems and developments.

Have an excellent grasp of the English language
Have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
Have a high attention to detail
Be able to organise and prioritise workload and to cope with frequent task changes
Have a high level of IT literacy
Have an excellent working knowledge of desktop office applications (in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Be familiar with internet and email use
Have an ability and desire to learn new skills and processes
Have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
