Peugeot & Citroen launch Funding Options For Business System Utilising Tracker Technology
Peugeot and Citroen Financial Services have launched a brand new concept to their entire franchised dealer network aimed at making it easier for business customers to choose the right funding method.
The new system is based on existing FSA Tracker technology, but instead of being linked to insurance products, it uses the same technology to qualify and recommend financial products instead.
David Smith MD of FISC explains: ‘Business users who walk into a showroom to buy a van or car are also faced with a whole raft of financial products to choose from, such as PCP’s, lease, contract hire etc as options to fund their purchase.
It is also equally daunting for some salespeople to try to work out what the best funding method is as each customer has different needs. When PSA Banque Finance approached us for a solution we were delighted to be able to use FSA Tracker to solve the problem. The Funding Options For Business system allows salespeople to qualify customers in the showroom and the system then recommends the best funding option for them. As well as being able to print out a detailed recommendation document the system also stores product information, and gives the dealer a quick link to PSA’s quotation system’.
