FSA Tracker™ now has a call centre version
FISC have launched a brand new version of FSA Tracker™ aimed at the call centre market.
Richard Shaw FISC’s Technical Director explains ‘The insurance market is rapidly changing, and further changes are imminent as a result of the thematic review into PPI sales. More and more dealers are getting concerned at the sale of PPI, particularly in light of recent heavy fines from the FSA for mis-selling of PPI. This has led many dealers to consider outsourcing the sale to third party call centre’s to resolicit customers after the sale has been concluded.
Of course call centre’s also need to ensure that they fully comply with the FSA regulations and as such need systems to assist them. Our software helps them do this, by scripting and recording the call from start to finish, including recommending and quoting for products, producing FSA documentation and passing data directly to the insurer’.
